JUZOORR is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details provided by the customer, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In case of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect or incomplete address information, re-shipping charges may apply.

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within Three Days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
